In 1998, Gary hired Samantha. She was commissioned to steer new home sales efforts on behalf of the Underwood Team for a local builder in Kanata. In 2000, Gary then hired Samantha as a Buyer Specialist specifically for re-sale residential homes. Over the next few years, Gary continues to grow his business and hire additional team members to oversee administration, sales and marketing efforts. Gary’s commitment is to deliver the best possible service and follow through on every promise to get you results. Gary and his team have consistently sold more homes than the majority of realtors in Ottawa and most of their business continues to come from their repeat customers and referrals. Their team approach allows them each to focus their strengths. Gary’s are organization, planning, systems, marketing and negotiating sales strategies.
